Fabrice made me cry over a hazelnut macaron.
I am literally taking time out of my vacation in rural France to write this review for Fabrice’s new week-long, French immersion program in Coly-Saint-Amand, France. Why? Because it was phenomenal! I can speak to the effectiveness of this program as I am actively reaping the benefits right now as I travel through France. I was blown away by the truly outstanding French immersion program that he has cultivated in one of the most beautiful (and delicious) regions of France. Each day Fabrice structured the program to include 2 hours of French lessons; lunch or dinner in a local restaurant; and a field trip to a historical or cultural site – all in French of course!
