ABOUT THE FRENCH IMMERSION HOMESTAY

Marette was the name of the old lady who would keep her animals on this piece of land when the local elders were kids. Now this is a place where passion intertwines with purpose. A series of solo trips opened my eyes to the wonders of nature and the effectiveness of immersion. Encouraged by students who appreciated learning alongside a French teacher I set off to find my own slice of paradise and found it in the Périgord region. This is where my interest for sustainable living transformed into a lively learning space, uniting my love for the French language and culture. Come along as we discover and learn together!

ABOUT ME

My name is Fabrice.

I grew up on the beautiful French Riviera. Moving to London at age 29, I experienced the challenges of learning a new language firsthand. One year later, I moved to Los Angeles where I taught French to 400+ students over 10 years. I teach a flexible approach that includes speaking, reading, and grammar. When I'm not busy teaching, I enjoy DIY, music, movies, travel, and science!
